                                                In this experiential session you will be given an opportunity to release any past burdens and
                                                experience a renewing of your mind and body as we move into an open awareness. You will also
                                                have the opportunity to create a New Future through the experience of forgiveness processes
                                                and to renew your mind one thought at a time.  We can all choose a New Future, for past is NOT
                                                the Precedent of our Future.

                                                Thinking and behavioral tendencies impact communication.  Knowing ourselves and learning to
                                                ‘read’ others expands our ability to connect authentically and relate effectively.  Come gain insight
                                                and tools in this interactive session!  Authentic interactions require knowledge, courage and
                                                intentionality.  Knowing and understanding ourselves – and others - expands our ability to
                                                communicate clearly and connect authentically.  This interactive session provides insight and
                                                tools that work.

                                               Resiliency is the capacity spring back from difficulties.  It helps us embrace the ups and downs of
                                               everyday life.  The good news is that we can pro-actively, build resiliency and set ourselves up to
                                               successfully live with more enthusiasm, ease and joy.  In this workshop, you’ll learn strategies to
                                               build your resilience and have an opportunity to build your personal resiliency plan.

Cancellation Policy | Registration fee minus a $100 administration fee will be issued for cancellations made before August 18, 2015.  No refunds will be issued after August 18, 2015 due to space limitations and facilities guarantees.
