Roommates: If you are splitting the lodging bill with a roommate, only make one reservation. Add your roommate’s name(s) to the reservation and inform Reservations that you are sharing a room.
What to wear: Dress casual and comfortable! Bring a swim suit to enjoy the hot tubs and swiming pool, a jacket for mornings and evenings, and if you plan on hiking, also bring shoes or boots for the trails, as well as bincoulars for the wildlife.

Group Rate Deadline: All reservations must be received by August 19, 2015 to receive the HMSR group rates. The group block will fill up quickly so make your reservations early. Reservations received after August 19th will be accepted on a space available basis only.
Hotel Cancellation/Refund Policy: A one night's deposit is required at the time of booking. Reservations must be cancelled at least 72 hour prior to arrival to receive less $35 processing fee. Cancellations made fewer than 72 hours from arrival date are subject to a one night's cancellation fee. Reduction in length of stay or room type within the 72 hour penalty period, no shows, late arrivals and early departures are considered cancellations, and are therefore non refundable.
Deposit: A deposit of one night's room, in the form of a credit card or check will be required at the time of making an individual reservation. Neither HMSR or Beaver Run will be coordinating roommate accommodations. Coordination of roommates and payment for rooms are the responsibility of the individual.
